The house
Hawks Farm is our largest countryside house: eight bedrooms sleeping sixteen, a games room with a pool table, a cinema room, and a hot tub positioned so that what you look at from it is fields.
It is let as the whole house only. That is deliberate — it is a house for one large group at a time, not a building carved into flats. There is electric gated parking for up to five cars, which matters when sixteen of you arrive.
Stambourne Road, Little Sampford — deep enough into the Essex countryside that the view from the hot tub is fields. [Distances to Saffron Walden, Thaxted and Stansted to be confirmed.]
