The same house, for less
Every one of our homes is also on Airbnb and Booking.com. They are excellent shop windows and expensive front doors.
What actually happens when you book elsewhere
A booking platform typically adds a service fee to your total and takes a commission from ours. You pay more, we receive less, and the difference goes to a company that has never met you and has never seen the house.
Booking direct removes the middleman. You are dealing with the people who own the properties, and if something needs sorting out mid-stay you are talking to us rather than to a call centre. [Exact direct-booking price advantage to be confirmed before launch.]
What you get by coming direct
Beyond the price, going direct means we can be flexible in ways a platform cannot. Early check-in when the house is empty. A cot, a highchair, a travel bed. Late checkout on a Sunday. A note to say it is someone's fiftieth. None of that fits neatly into a platform's booking flow; all of it fits neatly into an email to us.
Is it safe?
Yes. Bookings made here run through our channel manager's secure hosted booking engine โ the same system that holds our platform reservations, with the same availability calendar and the same instant confirmation. Your card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us.
